MESHmachine is a blender mesh modeling addon with a focus on hard surface work without subdivision surfaces.
Fuse and Unfuse Surfaces, create Variable Fillets and Washouts, edit and fix Bevel geometry, Unbevel and Unchamfer, create and clean up Boolean Intersections and create perimeter loops, keep earlier mesh states around as Stashes and use them for Normal Transfers, flatten and straighten normals, symmetrize and mirror custom normals, and detail surfaces flawlessly using Plugs – incl. your own custom made ones.
MESHmachine 0.16 works with Blender 3.6 TO 4.2 !

This release brings Blender 4.5 support and a few quality of life improvements.
Some internal parts have been modernized and generalized in alignment with my other addons, slowly setting the stage for more extensive and long overdue core rewrites, that I hope to start working on later this year – aka MESHmachine 2.0.
The plan as of now is to do this in steps on a tool-by-tool basis across multiple feature releases, rather than working on it all for a long time and then releasing it all at once.
I think that’s a more sensible approach in light of my workload outside of MESHmachine, and I think it will be appreciated by you too.
Add Boolean
The Add Boolean tool now supports the MANIFOLD solver in Blender 4.5.
Cycling solvers has been simplified into a single key – just E now – the alternative would have been having three keys F, E and M – one for each solver.
The tool always had a timer based auto finish after 2 seconds – reset by any user input. This can now be disabled completely in the addon preferences, or adjusted to use a different value.
AddBooleanCollection Add Boolean’s preferences to the left, and the default _Wires collection in the outliner to the right
By default the tool now also sorts the boolean operand objects – aka cutters – into a dedicated collection.
And by default that is the _Wires collection, but that too can be changed or disabled completely in the addon preferences.
