Use remesh it ONCE after installing and the folder exoside will be generated in programData folder.

Download folder had a sub folder with a completely different add on – speedflow

what does that even mean? there is a different addon called speedflow, its not quad remesher, be of some help than dissing people

It doesn’t work anymore it says “failed to download quad remesher engine” when the download is already completed and quad remesher is already in blender as an add-on.
