UPDATE :

Be sure to unzip the folder and move the .blend and icons to your preferred location. 

Open blender and add the brushes by going to….

File (top left) 

Select Append from the menu

select the .blend file

Open the Brush folder 

click and drag to select all KD brushes

Click append

EDIT: BLENDER VERSION 4.3.2 REQUIRES ADDITIONAL STEPS TO IMPORT (new video added below!)
