It Works for me on AE 2018.
Download the try of gifGun from http://aescripts.com/
Install that . Start AE and run the script in trial. close AE.
Copy gifGun.jsxbin file from GifGun patch Folder
Paste it in
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CC 2018\Support Files\Scripts\ScriptUI Panels.
For cc 2019
for Adobe AE 2019 just do below steps
copy Gifgun.jsxbin to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CC 2019\Support Files\Scripts\ScriptUI Panels
after copying just rename it to Gifgun.jsx
also make sure that in edit>>preference>>genera check “Allow Scriptsto write files and access network”
